Safety and Destination Updates

G Adventures prides itself on the extensive network of ground operations, tour leaders and local contacts worldwide, which keep us informed and up-to-date on all local situations in which we operate. Our passengers' safety is of the utmost priority and we rely on these networks to allow us to make the operational decisions necessary to keep our trips running safely. We often know of situations on the ground before the media and we are in constant contact with our local offices, tour leaders, local operators, and colleagues in order to closely monitor and inform you of the most current information affecting any regions where we operate.

For further reference, we also recommend that you check your government's travel advisory for any country to which you are travelling:

GLOBAL UPDATE - Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Posted: 16 Feb, 2020 | Updated: 25 Jun, 2020

Updated June 25th, 2020:

Suspension of operations

As COVID-19 continues to create global uncertainty, we have made the decision to further suspend all G Adventures and National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures tours through to August 31, 2020. We can’t tell you how disappointing it is for us to write that. But the safety and security of our travellers, along with that of our staff and partners, has always been what matters most to us. And because we don’t know what the next few months hold, we feel this is the right thing to do.

We are monitoring developments, and look forward to resuming operations and bringing you to the world when it is safe to do so.
